Can Induced Labor or Cesarean Section Affect One’s Birth Chart?

Dear Ann,

My birthday is September 27; thus I am officially a Libra. However, my mother's labor was induced a month before my official due date. How might this affect my astrological chart or perspective?

Induced labor or cesarean section will not change the way a birth chart is viewed or interpreted.
