I hear that Pluto is moving into Capricorn soon. What does this mean?

Dear Jane,

Pluto is the planet of change. Pluto has been in Sagittarius since 1995. Since the energy of Sagittarius is the most spiritual of the signs and also the most extreme, the period from 1995 to 2008 was one most notably marked by religious fundamentalism and extremism and the events of the period changed the world's view of both. Pluto will be in Capricorn now from 2008 to 2023. The energy of Capricorn is the opposite of Sagittarius. Where Sagittarius is optimistic, over zealous, and expansive, Capricorn is skeptical, cautious, and constrictive. However, the energy of Capricorn is the most career-motivated and ambitious, and we are likely to see that type of behavior exposed more blatantly and changed more radically than any time in memory.
