Dear Ann,
I am going to have a baby who will likely be born in early October, making him or her a Libra. As Sagittarians, what do my husband and I need to know about Libras that will help us be good parents to this baby? Also, do babies manifest characteristics of their astrological signs?

Well, it may not be well known to some, but Sagittarians and Libras tend to get along famously. This could be a very harmonious situation. Evan so, Sagittarian honesty could occasionally overwhelm the diplomatic Libra, but he or she may never express that directly and choose to brood instead. A Sagittarius parent will need to work on helping their Libran child express how they really feel instead of glossing over the truth. They may also need to soften their approach from time to time to encourage the Libra child to open up. However, in the beginning, babies behave more in line with their moon sign, which we won't know until he or she is born. Children grow slowly and steadily into their sun sign, which is the male side of the personality. Once your baby is born, find out the moon sign and do a little research. Sometimes this can make an enormous difference in how you approach the often confusing needs of your child.
