Dear Kay,
Taurus. Without a doubt, Taurians are the best at saving money and planning for difficult financial times in the future. Second best are Capricorns, although they may not have taken enough risk during the boom times to have gained enough to prepare for the slow times. Capricorns are very risk adverse. Third would be Scorpios. However, Scorpios tend to take enormous risks, so even though some may be millionaires today, if they aren't careful, some of them may be penniless tomorrow.
